Terms of Service

Commissioning me means you agree to the following terms. Violation of any of my terms will result in a blacklist.AS THE ARTIST:- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media accounts or in my portfolio.
- I reserve the right to refuse to commissions I am uncomfortable doing.
- I should be credited as your artist.AS THE CUSTOMER:- You may use the commissioned artwork on social media for personal use.
- You may NOT refund unless I cancel the commission.
- You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.) commercial rates are separate.
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
- You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. (you may not resell the designs for profit, but you can use them for display pictures or graphics for promotion)

- +50% of base price for rush commissions -

Commission Process

1) DM me your requests via Discord (minememon#0077), Twitter, or Instagram2) If your request is accepted, payment may be done through PayPal or GCash.3) Once you are done with payment, you will be added to the queue.4) Clarifications and WIPs will be sent to you during the drawing process for feedback and minor changes.5) Upon completion, the files will be sent to you immediately.
